nvidialogo.jpg Over the weekend Nvidia released their latest 100.14.23 video drivers for Linux. Most notable changes would be a bug fix with Compiz and vt-switching, improved support for Lenovo notebooks and improved support for Nvidia’s Quadro family of graphic cards. Binary driver can be downloaded from Nvidia.

Release Highlights
* Improved hotkey switching support for some Lenovo notebooks.
* Improved modesetting support on Quadro FX 370, Quadro FX 570, Quadro FX 1700, Quadro NVS 320M, Quadro FX 570M, Quadro FX 1600M, Quadro NVS 290, Quadro NVS 140M, Quadro NVS 130M, Quadro NVS 135M, and Quadro FX 360M.
* Fixed a problem with a Compiz after vt-switching.
* Improved interaction with Barco and Chi Mei 56″ DFPs.
